Big3 Evolution – sharing their knowledge and experience with the wider community

In this interview, we find out more about Kotie Nigrini and Yvette Cronjé (Co-founders of Big3 Evolution), their business journey, and why they believe South Africa should support small business.

Kotie and Yvette share how they assist companies from refining their business processes to delivering world class board packs for both clients already making use of SYSPRO ERP or while transitioning to SYSPRO ERP.

Why did you start your business?

We started our business because we wanted to share our knowledge and experience with a wider community.

What do you love the most about running your business?

We love that as a small company, we have close relationships with our team as well as with our clients.

What is one of the biggest lessons you have learnt on your business journey?

We have learnt that it is very important to always document and sign ad-hoc and informal agreements.

What is your why? Why do you do what you do and what do you focus on to help you persevere and get through tough times?

We strongly believe that everything always works out as it should, so when we do not see the bigger picture immediately, we always see it clearly in good time. We do what we do as we have a passion for how humans and data interrelate, and how the combination can drive any company to great success with strong management and direction.

Why should South Africa support small businesses now and beyond?

When a client does business with us, we feel it in our core. We compete with large companies and therefore strive to bring that little bit extra to the table. When you do business with a small company like ours, you put food on our tables which enables us to put food on our team’s tables. It is a humbling, yet extremely satisfying privilege.
