Grobank Limited is pleased to announce the appointments of Edwyn O’Neill as a Non-Executive Director and Phakamani Hadebe as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Grobank and GroCapital Holdings.
O’Neill brings with him his diverse and extensive experience in the financial services and business transformation sectors. He is a certified Chartered Accountant with multi-market expertise and the Chief Executive Officer at Bryte Insurance.
Hadebe is the former Group Chief Executive of Eskom and the Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa and also held the position of CEO: Corporate and Investment Banking (South Africa) at Barclays Capital.
