Hybrid collections has been going on nine years and in all this time not a single invoice has not been paid.
Through business, Clint has learnt one thing – “Never short-change yourself. Don’t ever question your abilities. You don’t have to be the biggest in the industry to be one of the biggest players”.
In the future, they hope to double their call centre headcount in the next six to eight months and more than double their current turnover figures. In the long term, they want to be one of the biggest players in the debt collection industry. Company reputation goes a long way, and they have strived towards building a positive brand name.
