Win a R10,000 online shopping spree with Mastercard and PayFast

December 1, 2022 SME News

Due to last year’s success, we’ve partnered with Mastercard again to run an exciting national competition that will reward 75 online shoppers who use their Mastercard card to checkout via PayFast on any South African website. From 14 November to 19 December 2022, online shoppers who do so can stand the chance to win one of ninety R10,000 online shopping sprees.

How to win an online shopping spree worth R10,000

If you make an online purchase with your Mastercard at any PayFast online checkout between 14 November and 19 December 2022, you’ll be entered into a lucky draw for the chance to win one of seventy-five R10,000 online shopping sprees!

Any South African citizen or permanent resident who is over the age of 18 is eligible to win, as long as you use your Mastercard card or the Masterpass scan to pay option to complete your online purchase using PayFast.

If you’re selected as the winner, a representative from the Mastercard team will get in touch with you via the email address you provided at checkout. You can read the competition rules here.

Online stores who use PayFast and Mastercard can also win

Every week during the campaign, one lucky online store that uses PayFast to receive Mastercard payments will also stand a chance to win R10,000! All they need to do is promote the competition to their social media followers and tag us and Mastercard using #PricelessToMe to be entered into the lucky draw. The Ts&Cs can be found here.

We’re proud to bring you this competition in partnership with Mastercard that seeks to benefit small online businesses while also incentivising online shoppers to shop locally.
